FAQs

Do I need to reserve a court, or can I just show up?

At Pickleball Haven, we’ve designed our court usage to maximize playtime for all.

  • A great majority of our courts are most often dedicated to our signature All-Day Open Play, where you can simply drop in and join a rotation of your choice. This inclusive, skill-based structure reflects the heart of Pickleball Haven — a place to play your best, meet others, and be part of something truly unique and special.
  • As of now, only 2 courts are available for advance reservations. Higher-tier members receive priority booking access, allowing them to reserve courts earlier than others.

Whether you’re in the mood for spontaneous fun or a structured session, we’ve got you covered!

Skill-Based Court Designation & Rotation System

  • Courts are designated by skill level to help ensure you’re playing with others at a similar pace—keeping games fun, competitive, and enjoyable for all.
  • A fair and balanced paddle rotation system keeps things moving and maximizes your time on the court. Simply place your paddle in the designated rack at your skill-level court, and you’ll be matched into the next available game.
  • To reduce wait times, each skill level is typically allocated 2–3 courts during Open Play, so all Pickleball Haven players can make the most of their valuable pickleball play time!

We love that pickleball is a multi-generational sport, and we absolutely see a future where younger players can be part of the Haven community!

That said, our minimum membership age is 12, with parental consent, due to a combination of safety, liability, and technology considerations. Additionally, our facility is designed to prioritize member safety, competitive play, and a distraction-free environment.

We may explore future options like:

  • Designated family-friendly hours

  • A youth lounge or supervised play zone

  • Structured junior programs or clinics

We’re doing our best to balance member experience, safety, and community needs as we grow!

We don’t offer family memberships at the moment—just keeping things simple as we get started. It’s something we may explore later, but for now we’re keeping things consistent for everyone joining as we approach full capacity.

While focused on delivering an amazing All-Day Open Play experience in the beginning, we are also planning future programming to include:

  • Lessons for all levels
  • Clinics focused on strategy and skills
  • Fast-paced Liveball sessions
  • Weekly Ladders and Round Robin tournaments

Stay tuned—there’s much more to come!

The following are also available:

  • Free paddle rentals for members.

At Pickleball Haven, we’ve kept the focus on what our players love most—the game. Instead of building a full restaurant, we dedicated that space to 2–3 additional top-quality courts, giving everyone more room to play.

That said, we’ve still got you covered! You’ll find a curated selection of grab-and-go snacks and chilled, hydrating beverages available on-site to keep you energized. And with fantastic restaurants and cafés just minutes away, it’s easy to step out for a meal and jump right back into the action.

Yes! When we open, we’ll have an inventory of top-performing paddles from our featured brand partner, JOOLA — trusted by pros and perfect for every level of play.

A few quick notes to ensure a smooth experience:

  • No personal music in the court area – let’s keep the environment focused, inclusive, and enjoyable for all players.

  • Proper footwear is required – non-marking court shoes only, please.

  • Clean your shoes before entering the courts using the Wet-Dry Shoe Cleaner at the playing area entrance.

  • Respect play formats and court designations – challenge courts, paddle queues, and court rules are posted and must be followed.

  • No coaching or private instruction during open play hours unless pre-approved by staff.

  • Outside food is allowed for private parties in the private room only – help us keep all shared areas clean and free from spills.

  • All guests and members must sign all waivers before entering the Club.

  • Follow our Facility Use Agreement – respect, sportsmanship, and safety are essential to the Pickleball Haven experience.

Thank you for helping us create a welcoming, play-focused community!

  • We apologize for the tedious nature of this process, but it’s the smoothest and most reliable way to ensure all waivers are properly and legally signed.
  • Minors ages 12–17 are eligible to become members of Pickleball Haven.
  • A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a liability waiver on the minor’s behalf.

    Instructions
  • Guardian creates their own account (their own paid membership or free Non-Member Drop-In).
  • Go to: Account Menu → My Family → Add New Family Member. Enter the minor’s information.
  • Important: Leave the “Membership” field blank when adding the minor.
  • Contact us (in person or through website), and we will manually assign the appropriate membership to the minor’s profile.
